Returns Policy
For 65 years now, we have been servicing generation after generation of families from Leitrim, Roscommon and beyond who trust and rely on the The Magnet as they prepare their children for back to school. Customer service and providing quality products is our focus. Our client’s satisfaction is our priority.
If you are not satisfied with your purchase or simply change your mind we are happy to accept your return for an exchange of product or a full refund using the original payment method.
In order to obtain a full refund or to exchange items, your originally purchased items must be:
· Returned to us within 14 days of receipt of your order.
· In a saleable condition
· In its original packaging
· Have all tags / labels still attached.
Should you wish to return/ exchange a product please do so be either of the following methods:
– Return to Shop Outlet. The SchoolUniformStore.ie is located at The Magnet, Main Street, Carrick-on-Shannon, Co.Leitrim. Your refund or exchange can be processed in any store at The Magnet.
b. By Post / Courier to SchoolUniformStore.ie, The Magnet, Main Street, Carrick-on-Shannon, Co.Leitrim
Please include a copy of your original order confirmation in all returned packages.
Without a copy of the original order we will be unable to trace the returned items to you and will be unable to process a refund or exchange
Return Shipping costs are non-refundable unless the return is as a result of a product defect or a mistake on our part.
Where a return is as a result of a product defect or a mistake on our part we will refund you the cost of reasonable shipping charges if you include a receipt with your returned package.
For your protection we recommend that you use a recorded delivery service as we cannot be held responsible for goods not received.

Our returns policy, which is in addition to your statutory rights, entitles you to a refund or exchange for an item bought online with a valid receipt within 14 days of receipt of your order.
This returns policy does not affect your statutory rights.
